Hello.
Is it possible to delegate administration of the user on a "domain basis"?
Let's say Company1 merges with Company2, and both companies have their own Office365 subscriptions and their AAD objects. Because of the merger, the Company2 subscription will be cut off and all the current objects will be transfered on Company1 subscription.
I'd want that the Company2 administrators could keep on managing their own objects ONLY .
What I have in mind is the on-prem Active Directory model, particularly the child domain.
Is somehow possibile to create something similar in AAD, so to delegate the administration of the child domain objects?

Also, I'd want the administrators of the child domain could be able add/remove some office365 licenses (let's say ExchangeOnLine), but not ALL of them, and only to their own user accounts
Is there a way to accomplish all of this?
Any help is appreciate, thank you
Regards
