How does licensing for Access Reviews work after onboarding? I know it's a AD Premium P2 thing (or EMS E5/Microsoft E5). But is this license required for all users in the tenant? Or all users whose access is being reviewed? Only users who are creating
reviews? Without proper guidelines, it is very hard to require a customer to be compliant. Please advise.
It would be very handy in general if MS could provide a web page with all the online products/services/features and their licensing specifics. We get a lot of questions about this as there is lots of confusion.
