Recently I have successfully setup Site to site VPN between our On Premises Network and azure. create one virtual machine to be act as replica domain controller of our on premises domain controller but during configuration it is giving error of server is not operational. Although ping is working from both sides.
To add one note is that, we have our domain created internally with private ip address but in parallel we have our websiste too with same domain name and different public ip. upon check from azure our domain is pointing to website address not the internal domain address. Is there any Nating I have to configure in azure or there is something else?
