I have created a bot service and quotas exceeded

I have created bot service with LUIS in Azure account.

After 2 days of usages, then messages if not sending to bot through Direct Line or WebChat.

From logs I got to know that the Quotas exceeded message.

So Customer support person told me upgraded my plan with Free credits 13,000 (available in my account).

After upgrading from S1 to P3v2 still i can't able to send messages to bot getting error as "There was an error sending this message to your bot: HTTP status code InternalServerError"

So still im not getting any proper solution for this.....
